  1. Honestly speaking, I was not aware of the powerful nutrient composition that cinnamon has. That is amazing to learn.
My dad is a diabetic and I know that he religiously believes in the power of cinnamon to help regulate his sugar levels.

As for the other benefits, its amazing to see that it can help for Allergies and improving one’s memory. I am studying at the moment and need all the help that I can get.

Do you think a ‘pinch size,’ on a daily basis is perfect to take in?

    Thanks for a helpful article.

    1. Thank You

Cinnamon is a very safe herb to add to your beveages, meals and snacks in small amounts, a pinch would be fine to add daily you can go as high as one tablespoon without over doing it.

  2. I really do like cinnamon so I am stoked to hear it is such a good healthy spice. I try and squeeze it everywhere I can. Do you think it makes much difference what type of cinnamon you use. I mean it a processed powdered spice still a good source of the nutrients or should I be trying to buy the raw bark and using it in it’s most natural form for maximum benefit?

    1. Thank You

Organic is always your best choice in anything you are putting into your body, fresh is even better if you know it is pure and not contaminated.

  3. I didnt really know that cinnamon had that many health benefits or that it was ranked the number one herb. I would have certainly thought there were some other more beneficial herbs but I guess i was wrong. I would go into a little more detail about the benifits, Maybe site some studies that have been done.

    1. Thank You

My information sources are reliable from medical physicians, add more cinnamon in your diet and see how your health improves.
