I am convinced by my research and my own experience our foods with chemicals are contributing to our health symptoms, gluten is now being known for our chronic fatigue and joint pain symptoms. I am saying if you cut back on processed foods and snacks you will experience less severe symptoms, this is especially true for autoimmune disorders and special needs children. Both of these groups has experienced a dramatic improvement in their health, you have nothing to lose by changing your diet except the severity of your health symptoms? Eliminate gluten which is barley, wheat and rye from your diet for less fatigue and joint pain, eliminate milk products which contain hormones and antibiotics which also affects the majority of people with chronic health problems. Eliminate soy products and add as much organic produce in your diet as possible. We can’t eliminate all the processed foods from our diet, but by cutting back as much as we can will improve your health.
