If you are like me you do not eat enough greens in your diet, the only greens I eat is raw spinach in a  salad. If you are going to consider juicing, do this to add more greens to your diet?   2. It is so true that most of us do not receive enough important nutrients from our meals. I do also agree with you that not having enough greens in our diet is the main cause of this problem.

    I think greens don’t really appeal to people as a tasty food source, which is why people just avoid it altogether. In any case, I think green powder is going to be a popular choice among busy individuals.

  3. When I make an 80/20 blend of sweet and savory juice does the sucrose or fructose levels read higher than if I just drank a less sweet combination.
    I’ve been told to avoid fructose and I’m not sure which fruits and vegies are on my list to avoid.
    Can you share some data on this?

    1. You will receive the most benefits by using more greens in your juices than sweet fruits, the sweet fruits are only to give your juice a better taste they are not nearly as healthy as your greens.

      Fructose is found in your sweet fruits, the sweeter the higher the fructose levels.
