  1. I needed the information in this post today. Our lifestyles and the chemicals in our food is contributing to many of these disorders you have listed here is a true statement. I never realized simply changing what I eat can change my mood. Thanks for the info very encouraging and informative.

For every person I can convince to change their diet and lifestyle even a little, is well worth my time writing these articles to spread the word.

  2. Hi Jeff,

It is so true, we inject our bodies with so many poisons, no wonder there are so many new diseases. The word diseases broken in two words is dis ease (Not being at ease) and if we go back to our roots and feed our bodies with good healthy foods, we not only feel better, but also we decrease the chances of passing it down to our children. The problem with modern society is that we are always in a hurry and bombarded with marketing from BigCO that promote all these fast foods. We have to stop and make the right choice, most of the time anyway. Your article really breaks it down and encourages us to have a healthy diet and therefore a healthy life. Thanks for sharing this information.

    1. Thank You Denis,

I am doing my very best to spread the word to as many people as possible to cut back on processed foods and snacks with chemicals and add more of the natural foods God intended us to put into our bodies. Gluten is one of the worse triggers for many of our health symptoms, make this healthy change before it is too late.

  3. Hi Jeff, thanks for sharing about the emotional deregulation disorder that troubling our child today. If processed food is the main cause of this, then parents should be educated to not feeding these food to their kids. Instead, parents can encourage their child to eat more fruits and vegetables. Dairy product such as milk is good for their growth as well.

Hope that your post can reach every parents and create their awareness about this health disorder.

    1. Thank You

Processed foods are not healthy for our bodes when over eaten, also gluten can cause many problems such as fatigue, anxiety and even depressive feelings and thoughts.

  4. I 100% agree that our “food” is wreaking havoc on our bodies and our health. Most of what is available shouldn’t even be called food. I feel so sorry for these babies that are being affected by it so early on. It’ll only lead to a lifetime of all types of troubles, as shown by your enlightening article. The thing is, those processed foods are addicting, and we’re introduced to them at a young age, making it extremely hard to come off of them. If an addiction treatment center for processed foods popped up near me, I’d be the first to sign up. 🙁

    1. Thank You Ashley,

You have a very good point we are exposed to these foods with chemicals pretty much as soon as we are able to eat solid foods, this is a possibility as we age our symptoms increase until we develop severe symptoms called autoimmune disease………………….who knows in the future there may be a treatment center for addiction to the chemicals in our food if our society exists the way we know it today.

We are living in a science fiction movie which might just happen in the future

  5. Psychiatric disorders are definitely tough. I studied psychology during college in my undergrad.

While studying psychology, we went to the local mental hospital and went inside. Those poor souls are suffering more than you can imagine.

Good mental health is a blessing. I am thankful for my happiness and stability.

    1. Thank You Charles,

Maybe everyone should take some psychology classes and understand mental health better, the medical profession’s answer is to keep these people sedated. For some this might be the best thing for them, but for many changing their diets has improved their symptoms dramatically. I feel prescription drugs are prescribed too frequently today before natural treatment has been given the opportunity to work.
