Many of us join a gym to get back into shape and even to lose weight, what do you prefer the most to workout at home or at the gym? I do love the gym with so many workout possibilities to keep my workouts interesting, I also have some exercise equipment I can use at home. I have gotten more than my money’s worth from my investment of my stationary bike; I love how I can jump on my bike even when I don’t have much time and still burn some calories.
