Get creative with adding turmeric to your meals, I add a little to all my meals especially my soups. Soup works very well to cover up the taste of turmeric, I have had no problems with any side-effects using turmeric. I add a little in most of my meals I prepare, I have even mixed it with mustard so every time I use my mustard I am getting some anti-inflammatory and mustard is my favorite condiment to use. I read recently you can brush your teeth with turmeric, just take your wet toothbrush and dip it into a little turmeric and whatever sticks to your toothbrush use. This should not be used daily, best to limit this to a few times per month just to be safe plus the taste is not appealing to many people,  anyway. Add turmeric to your smoothies, just a few pinches to your smoothies is all it takes.
