  1. Hello Jeff,

This is a great list you have shared here on your blog. You have captured the essential knowledge about essential oils. I like that! We are living in a fast-moving world and therefore I appreciate people who get to the point in an easy and uncomplicated way. I’ll certainly read more of your blogs.

I know that oils are very good for our skin and some are very healthy to eat. What I didn’t realize until I read your blog is that breathing in the oil aroma also have healing effects on our body.

Bergamot oil sounds very interesting. I love bergamot tea, it has such a good flavour. Perhaps another reason is that it has a calming effect. How do you recommend to use the bergamot oil?

    Kind regards,
    Pernilla

    1. Thank You Pernilla
You can receive extra benefits from Bergamot oil by simply adding a few drops to your beverages
or your meals, I am happy to hear you enjoy Bergamot tea. Tea is the most easiest and most natural
way for us to use many of the essential oils, you can even brew your own tea if you plant or purchase
      fresh tea brewing herbs.

  2. This is a wonderful guide to using essential oils. Even for me, that has been using oils for some time. I like how you broke them all down with their uses. I think anyone can find a lot of use to this.
I have been a tea tree oil user since I was fairly young. My grandma used it after I had a bad accident at 15 with a lot of facial lacerations. I will always believe in the power it has to heal wounds and keep them clean. Doctors were talking about possible skin graphs to fix some of the damage. Grandmas love and tea tree and I ended up with barely any scarring at all. Nose is still a little crooked haha the oil did not fix that.
I love herbals and essential oils are a great part of that. I am bookmarking your list for reference in the future. I will be sure to share this with my herb loving friends as well.

    1. Thank You Christiana
I also am a huge herb lover, I have been planning to start a herb garden for years
but just never got it done.

I recommend everyone give essential oils a try before going with modern treatment, why
risk the side-effects of medications when essential oils are provided for us by God to use?

  3. Very informative article! Some of the above mentioned oils relate specifically to some of my own issues. Having difficulty falling asleep at times may be reduced with the help of the Blue Chamomile Oil and definitely something to consider.

I was also drawn to the Pomegranate Oil as I have already had one bout with skin cancer and this oil seems to provide some preventative measures. Don’t want to go through that again!

Thanks for sharing this great information, the oils look promising!

    1. Thank You Luke,
