  1. Hey,
Many people really do not have any idea on why their allergies all of a sudden starts to act up until they trace their steps. I on the other hand try to stay healthy as possible. I have been sneezing lately. After I sneeze my nose starts to run. I don’t think it is a big deal but it may be signs I am allergic to something. Could it be Hay Fever?

    1. Thank You

Allergies can affect you anytime, best to think if you have been around anything new lately which might have caused your sneezing and runny nose?

  2. Great information, Jeff! Every spring, I suffer through the pollen season with stuffy nose, headaches, etc. Sometimes, it is unbearable!

I have a NeilMed Neti Pot. Do you think it would help to alleviate the pollen symptoms? What type of water do you use so that you don’t end up with chlorine and fluoride from the tap?

    Jim

    1. Thank You

Yes a Neti pot will relieve your pollen allergies, use filtered water or purchase clean purified water to use so not to be getting chemicals from your tap water.

  4. I live in Texas, and I have been fighting allergies all week. It is tough to deal with on a day to day basis. I tried local honey, acv, and allergy medicine. So far none have worked. Maybe Ill give these oils a try as well. I know it is probably going to have to be a combination of things that get me better. Thanks for the useful info.

    1. Thank You Mike

I appreciate you sharing your allergy difficulty with me and my readers today, my allergies are bad also only worse in the fall season than the spring. I hope the oils helps your allergy, try saline spray if you are having difficult with your nasal passages.

      Jeff
