    As someone with a girlfriend who suffers from anxiety, I think this is an excellent post. I’m always explaining to her that she should never give up and always remain positive.       People with anxiety usually think and feel more negative then positive, but by catching herself when she thinks or says something negative and substitutes it with something positive she will slowly turn into a positive person.

Anxiety naturally gives us negative thoughts and feelings, but reading positive quotes seems to overpower the negativity in us when doing it regularly.
