Nutrition Is The Plan-My Anxiety Eating Plan

Nutrition is The Plan

For anyone struggling with anxiety issues you really need to focus on getting as much nutrition in your body as you possibly can, I am sure you all have experienced when your low on energy your anxiety levels increase. I have experienced you must eat high nutrition foods to maintain the high nutrition levels to feed your anxiety. This is the reason food additives are so beneficial for our health, these products adds nutrition to our brain and our bodies which we are not getting from our food. It is impossible today for you to eat enough food to get the required nutrients you need, even eating super healthy high nutrition foods I could not eat enough to fill my nutrition needs. After experimenting this food additive has given me my best results, I have used many of these products over the years and this for me is what works best.

Other Food Additive Options

Since all food additive supplements do not work the same for everyone, you have to experiment with them until you find the one which works best for you. For people with mild to moderate anxiety these supplements are the best ones to experiment with and are very reasonably priced if you shop around.

My Anxiety Eating Plan

It has taken me many years of trial and error to find the perfect eating plan to control my anxiety, your supplement and your eating plan is the key to your nutrition plan. I have noticed such a calmness since adjusting my eating plan, my thinking is so much clearer. I love my supplement simply because it is loaded with all the vitamins and anxiety herbs recommended in one product. You could not afford to purchase all the vitamins and herbs in my supplement separately, they would cost you a small fortune. I admit the price of my supplement at first seems quite expensive, but for all your getting in this supplement you really are getting a great deal.

Final Thought

I will admit at first this eating plan might be a challenge for you to adjust to, but it only takes 21 days to form a new habit. I assure you this eating plan is the best for your anxiety, limited yourself to gluten-free grains only on the weekends will benefit you more then you can imagine. Grains , even gluten-free steal your energy, increase your anxiety and can even give you depressive moods.

  1. Wow didn’t know nutrition played such a big role in mental health and performance. I will be stepping back and reevaluating my diet. Did not know of those supplements and will research them before trying them. Thank you for writing this, it is really cool and will be looking forward to more content!!!

I appreciate your open mind to your eating plan and adding supplements to your daily diet, my eating plan has made a dramatic change in my physical and my mental health. I have faith eating a healthier more natural food plan will have positive effects on everyone, we all have our cheat days and that is not a problem it is when we eat those unhealthy foods day after day which gets us into health problems.

  2. It’s always good to find sites such as yours that understand the importance of supplements to boost your nutritional health.

I see you have some brand name products that I’m not familiar with. I recognise all the types of ingredients you mention to try to see which ones work best which I like.

So for the actual supplements themselves, are they all made from organic based products?

    1. Thank You Travis Smithers

Happy to hear from you again, all the products I promote are all natural herbal products. The Simple Smart Science is relatively new to me too, I like its ingredients but never tried this or know anyone who has but it is a good one consider.

  3. The number one problem facing lots of people today are struggling with their anxiety issues.
It is important to have a healthier brain all the time to be able to think, stay calm and focus.
It’s nice to know that your site is promoting a natural herbal product supplement than can be included in our daily diet.

Your article is very helpful indeed! Thanks a lot for doing a Great job!

    1. Thank You Rule2020

I appreciate you reading my article today, my goal is to help others overcome their anxiety and prevent them from experiencing what I have in the past. Struggling for most of my life with anxiety, I do believe in natural methods to learn to deal with our anxiety if at all possible.

  4. I only recently started to realise that nutrition plays such a big role in maintaining a calm and relaxed state of mind. I am also becoming more aware that it’s not only what we eat, but HOW we eat. With such busy lives, we often find ourselves grabbing the quickest and most convenient thing that comes to hand – junk food.

It seems that there’s a lot of benefit to slowing down, taking time to shop for good quality ingredients, cooking meals from scratch and enjoying meals with family and friends instead of wolfing down a burger on the highway on route to a meeting.
Can you suggest any other ways to undo the unhealthy eating patterns that we all tend to fall into?

    1. Thank You Pete

You brought up some very good points about our lifestyles having so much to do with our lack of nutrition, if people would only make quality time to spend with friends and family they would be more relaxed, healthier and eating better meals.

  5. I did not realize that healthy nutrition helps stabilize moods. For people that do not want to be medicated by their doctor really should look into this supplement. Have you personally used this product? Any side effects? What makes this product stand out for the many others on the market today?

    1. Thank You Calvin

Nutrition will change your life in a more positive way then you will ever imagine, think about when your hungry how is your mood compared to when you just had a full healthy meal.

I started using this product right before starting my business, in fact if it was not for this product I know I would not be able to keep up the pace I must go to keep writing my articles for you guys and gals.

The supplement I have been taking has replaced all my other supplements I had to take to get the vitamins and supplement I needed to feel my best. My supplement is loaded with all the important anxiety friendly vitamins and herbs you will ever need, once you start my supplement you will actually save money and time not having to take all those others to get the same vitamins and herbal supplements. Why take a bunch of supplements when you can take just one and get the same or better results?

I have not had any side effects or know anyone who has. If this product has any, they would be very mild. This might or might not work for everyone, but it has worked for many over the years and especially children with behavior problems and autism.

  8. Hello

Well you article just opened my mind to the possibility of a new diet, For a couple of months, I have been noticing that I get tired and anxious more easily, I wonder if this is do to the kind of food I eat in my day to day diet?

I’ll deftly evaluate this new finding and I might try to change my diet and add some nutrients you are suggesting in your article.

    Ruben

    1. Thank You Ruben

I highly recommend you take a good look at your diet , our diets most often are our main reason for feeling more anxious and fatigued. Adding a good natural supplement is always a good idea, you just can not get enough nutrients from your diet today.

      Wish you the best

      Jeff

  9. Hi there,

I totally agree that nutrition is very important as is supplementation due to being unable to get enough of the many nutrients that our body and mind requires,

The supplements you mention look very interesting what do they contain, what are their ingredients? and are they organic, natural or synthetic?

    1. Thank You Derek

I only recommend natural supplements with vitamins, minerals and herbs which are anxiety friendly with very few side effects.

      Jeff

  10. Hey that was very useful information.

I knew that a “bad” diet could effect your mood but I didn’t know that grains even gluten free grains could sap your energy?

I thought grains like oats release energy slowly.

Thanks for sharing this info. Also is your HCF supplement available in the UK.

    Regards

    1. Thank You Mark

My HCF is available as far as I know in the UK, I have never had any customers from the UK so I am not really sure?

In the past grains were slow energy foods, that was before they changed how they grow the grains and process them. Often it is not the grains themselves, but the preservatives and artificial flavors and colors which causes fatigue and digestive problems. Processed foods are not healthy for us eating regularly day after day, we over consume grains and processed foods which is the reason our health is becoming much worse today.
