How Music Relaxes Us
The internet is thought to have the answer to anything you wish to know, for years I have searched the internet for the answer how music relaxes our minds and bodies. Sure the search engines has tons of articles when you do this search, not one article exactly explains how this is. They all pretty much say the same thing, listening and playing music changes our brain chemistry. Well from my personal experience with music, I have learned you can pretty much control your brain chemistry with music.
Over the years I learned to use music therapy as a powerful anxiety relief tool, this technique is so simple yet very few people use this regularly. Most of us all enjoy listening or playing music, but the majority of us stop whenever anxiety takes control of our health. When we become ill, negativity takes over and with it much of our commonsense and interests. How many of you, actually feel like listening to music or playing an instrument when your feeling anxious or in a negative mood?
How To Use Music To Control Your Brain
I am going to share with you all, how I learned to use music to control my brain. I am listening or playing music as much as I possibly can, I am going to share with you how I choose my music. Most people choose their music depending on their mood, well I am not any different then anyone else. Now comes the part where I am different then most people when choosing my music, see I also choose my music depending on my mood. When my anxiety is pretty high and I feel I just am not functioning well, I choose slow easy listening music or music you would use while doing meditation techniques. I have found this music brings my anxiety down, when my mood is on the blue side I listen to my favorite classic rock music.
How This Will Benefit Your Health
There are way more health benefits then many of you more likely realize, even i was surprised just how much using music everyday could benefit your health. Here is a list of some of the ways I have found music benefits our health. I have experienced some improvement with all my health symptoms by adding music in my life regularly, I especially have found playing my harmonica late in the evening before bedtime has improved my sleep.

Music has been known to improve the health of many people with all different types of health problems, many times music and other alternative health remedies are a much better choice then medications.

Now having many things on my mind has been a great coping skill for my anxiety, when my mind is busy my anxiety remains much lower and I smile much more often.
