I truly believe if more families spent more time together children today would be less anxious, I understand too well how busy parents are today. Especially with the high cost of everything, today parents are working more than ever before. My parents both worked when I was a child, my father was not the type of person to spend quality time with his family. My father was very old fashion, he actually believed his duties as a husband and father were only to provide for our physical needs. I really feel when possible, every family should have some sort of family time. Even as a very young child, I always felt so alone all the time. My grandparents watched me while my parents worked, even though they took very good care of me, they were not my parents and could not replace the attention and love I was missing from my own parents.

How I wish I had known there was such a thing when I was a child as relaxation techniques, actually I was in my 40’s before I was aware there was such a thing. I am very big on everyone learning these techniques, very few people will go through their life without ever experiencing high stress and anxiety. I did have a great coping skill for my anxiety until I was in my 30’s, that is when I lost my one and only coping skill. Once I lost what was working for me I had no backup plan. My method was being as physically active as I possibly could, I burned my anxiety away until I became physically unable to be physically active. When that happened, I become so overwhelmed and anxious I could not function any longer.

Another thing which made such a difference in my recovery was finding the right anxiety supplement, sadly every supplement does not work the same for everyone. I tried so many supplements over the years before I found the one which works the best for me, taking one of these products daily is much better than taking all the medications I was taking in the past. The medications were not helping me very much, actually most was just giving me more symptoms to try to deal with.
