  1. There’s some very helpful information here! I use lavender essential oil for anxiety relief and I find it works wonders. There’s a lot to be said for using aromatherapy as a means to improve your health. Also, it’s pleasant in itself to smell the different oils.

    I had heard of it before but was not aware of the various essential oils and the benefits they each of them had. This article has made me realise maybe I need to look into this more. its not just to make you house smell nice but its good for you too!
