    I have heard that exercising is great to help with anxiety. I think that if you have a healthy body then you will have a healthy mind.

    Do you think that taking medicine will help, and does it have some serious side effects?

      I appreciate hearing from you, I do not recommend using medication unless the natural herbal supplements and coping skills does not work. Medications have many side effects, also as time goes by your body will need higher and higher doses causing the side effects to increase as well. You need a healthy mind and body to feel your best, when one is not well the other suffers also.

    Recognising symptoms of different issues are one of the biggest problems then find ways to deal with them once you have figured what the problem is.

    Health is a number one priority of mine lately. After losing my mother to cancer back in 2011. I’ve constantly been obtaining knowledge about general health and fitness. Thanks for providing a detailed insight about Anxiety specifically. My nephew has been going through it, so as you produce more content and recommendations. I’ll continue to relay the information.       I am sorry to hear your nephew is dealing with anxiety issues, one thing which turned my life around many people might not take serious is a was forced to go on a gluten-free diet for digestive health issues. Amazingly this diet also lowered my anxiety a great deal, your nephew may wish to eliminate gluten or cut back for about one month and see if this also makes a difference in his life as well.

    Great advice about dealing with anxiety, thanks. I know some people who have been taking herbal supplements like you advice and they feel better, though they also do yoga and meditate, so the herbal supplements might not be the only factor. What do you think about doing yoga and meditating to cure anxiety?

      I appreciate your comment and reading my article today, I would say the combination of all three is more likely why the people you know are dealing better with their anxiety.

      I do practice yoga everyday, I do the stretching yoga very easy to do. I also meditate several times per day, depending on how I am doing that day, my herbal supplement was what got me stable enough with my anxiety to add these other techniques. I do highly recommend Herbal supplements, meditation and yoga for anxiety and stress, experiment with them and see how they work for you.

    Medications don’t always fix the problem. Sometimes they may cause more problems. The best thing to do is, avoid the health issue in the beginning.

    Hi Jeff, had to drop by on your website as i have medical problems with Anxiety. You have a vast array of content for me to digest regarding non medication, at this time I am seeing a consultant, doctor and CPN. Presently I can go out but not socialising as keep myself to myself. I notice you have many suggestions and products which folk will want to try, especially when it gave you a more positive outlook on life. You diversify on some of your pages away from anxiety niche, seeking a proffesional medical expert in an area is very good. Also giving them a chance to put an advert of their business, very clever. The pages that go from A to Z on whatever you need help with can have 2 varying answers, a) it is a one stop shop or b) it may be overwhelming to some visitors being so broad.

      I appreciate your opinion very much, the reason I write such a broad area is from my own experience anxiety has effected my life in every area I am discussing in all my articles. Since your struggling with your own anxiety you should be very aware of how anxiety effects a wide area of your own life.

      I do not think my articles are overwhelming if you take them step by step, it does not sound to me that your present anxiety treatment plan is working for you very well. I had more problems with medication myself, but for some people maybe medication is the answer. I think medication is useful for short term benefits to allow you to learn how to deal with your anxiety naturally, but long term it is not a healthy solution simple because it is not solving the problem only masking the problem by sedating you.

    Very interesting block of anxiety. Personally, the last few months I have a lot of concern and I can not sleep. I drank medicines in the past who have had negative consequences. Like you excel to be treated with natural supplements because I agree that certainly has a better effect on health and does not cause negative side effects.       Anxiety does effect all aspects of our lives when it is in control of our lives, I recommend you experiment with the options in my articles until you find what works best for you. I struggled for many years until I found what works for me, if I stayed on my anxiety meds today I would still be hiding in my home as much as possible and be sedated by my medication……………..being numb through anxiety medication is not a whole lot better then being anxious all the time.

My medications were only sedated me to have feelings of numbness, I was not happy nor was I was sad I was only existing. Now with no meds and using natural supplements I am finally living again.

It does work of course but I will go and see my GP if I need some medication. I find the Ginseng tablets a great way to start the day and I take magnesium tablets daily. Even today I eat meat in moderation, managing your anxiety naturally does not mean not seeing your physician regularly. I see my physician every 3 months for full blood work to be sure all my vitamin levels are where they need to be, if you can manage your health naturally it is much healthier for you then taking medication but sometimes we do need medication depending on our situation.
