What Is On My Mind Today?

I do recommend you do an elimination diet to know all your child’s food allergies, most children who are allergic to milk products are also allergic to other foods, so doing an elimination diet is the best strategy to be sure your child is safe. Another important safety option you really should consider is purchasing your child a medical alert product. Bracelets are very common products, you can put all your child’s personal and medical information on them to keep your child safe, pendents also are common whichever your child would prefer.

  1. Thank you very much for the informational post. I did not know that there was a difference between intolerance and allergies. I have personally always drank milk until very recently it seems that my body has started to reject it really harshly, but I don’t think it has become an allergy. My husband and I are having a child and he is intolerant to milk so we shall see what happens. Hopefully none of the symptoms you mentioned occur. They sound so painful

  2. Thank You

Some people can form allergies to dairy later in their life, they might have always been allergic to dairy but it is just now beginning to become more of a problem

  3. Hey Jeff, are you familiar with a book called The China Study? I highly recommend you take a look at it, it goes into great detail about the proteins found in milk and how harmful they are to human health.

I personally think cow milk is for baby cows. And like all other animals, there’s no need for milk after breast feeding phase is over.

But the dairy industry is very powerful so they have brainwashed this idea into people’s heads that we need milk for calcium. There’s zero evidence to support that claim.

Whether children or adults, dairy will cause problems.

    1. Thank You

I appreciate your comment and sharing The China Study, it sounds to be confirming everything I am trying to share with people. Dairy products are one of the most unhealthiest for us, they cause many health problems and have many bacteria and viruses plus cause us to gain weight.

  5. This site is an excellent reference place for, not only my children, now grown with their own children, but for so many other families as well. There are topics here that are often ignored or simply not talked about. Your case about mild allergies is spot on. My younger grandchild suffered terribly until my daughter finally stopped bringing milk and all dairy products home. He has not had a breakout since and nobody, not even his doctors, brought up the possibility of being allergic to dairy.

    Thank you!

    1. Thank You

I am happy your daughter got wise and stopped bringing dairy products into the home, many health problems are connected to food
