  1. I can see you have put a lot of effort into this article, and as a teenage bodybuilder, as I keep reading your content, the more can implement into my life. I did not know spinach contains omega-3’s; to be quite honest, I thought fishes only had them.   2. I definitely agree that shakes and salads are a great way to eat some of those veggies you don’t like. Have you tried juicing? I like to juice my kale and spinach, but I may now try them in a shake.

    The shake I like to drink most has kale and spinach juice, carrot, beet and apple juice, ginger, garlic, vanilla protein powder and frozen banana. I think I’ll have to add some of the others you have listed here, like sweet potato, to see if I can get more nutrients. Thanks for all the info.

  3. My favorite subject. I think it’s so important that we eat vegetables a couple times a day in fact. I like to make quick omelets in the morning with some veggies, and I always include them with dinner.

    Here’s what I find I have noticed about leafy greens like spinach and kale, they are best prepared when washed and dried well. Then a quick saute to me make them taste the best, or combine them with some of the other veggies on your list. Another great quick way to consume them, in homemade or store bought soup, take a couple handfuls diced up small and toss them in the heated/hot soup so they just wilt.

    I love your list. It has all the necessary information on each vegetable which makes it so easy to choose many of these to eat on a regular basis. Thank you so much for sharing this.
